Please describe your company and your position there.
We are an industrial AI and AutoML SaaS platform that helps reduce energy, prevent unplanned downtime, and increase productivity through the democratization of Auto-AI software solutions without ever writing a single line of code. As the CMO, I'm responsible for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the overall business marketing strategy.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Dabaran, and what were your goals?
We were migrating from one domain to another and needed expert help. We were also growing our AI/ML services and we hired Dabaran to provide full-scale SEO services and improve our ranking.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
After working with several other companies, we were a bit skeptical but Dabaran's work ethic and transparency from day 1 helped me feel confident in their services. They were quick to jump on a call with me, explain their processes in detail, and provided me with a full audit before even starting any project with them.

Our engagement began with a full audit of our website. From there we selected a handful of keywords we were going to rank for. As they worked on backlinks, articles and meta descriptions for our new website, they also helped us clean up the mess our previous SEO company did with incorrect 301 redirects and setting up the Google Tag's correctly.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I only speak with the owner and the project manager, which is great! She is an excellent communicator, and very quick to respond to any of my questions. Their entire on-boarding process was impressive.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
In the first 2 months, we were already ranking on the first page with a few keywords.

They're great at managing expectations and meeting deadlines.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their level of professionalism, platforms they use to keep everything very transparent, and their communication is always very clear. If at any point I want to set up a meeting, I can do so quickly and at anytime.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I can't think of anything they can improve on since their pricing is very fair and easy to scale, their on-boarding is on point, and their ability to get up to speed with our industry was impressive. Great work!
